The copper caps are on the roof, the pool is getting framed in, and they are laying tile this week.

The sun sets at about 5:20 this time of year, which is perfect timing to snap a picture of the evening light casting a warm glow on First Flight Retreat.
Color palettes
All future First Flight Retreat owners were recently given the chance to choose
the
interior color palette for their new home. We plan to order the tile and granite at the
beginning of February, so there is still time to choose the finishes in your home!

Most siding is up, the interiors are framed out, and the plumbing and electrical are going in. When that is done, finish work will begin on the interiors.

As you can see, the roof trusses are going up, and they have already started on the interiors. This video was taken on December 10th, a beautiful sunny day on the Outer Banks, with highs in the low 70s!
